| Dear Rosanne,
Many thanks for the course at Seaham Hall.
It was very well put together and thought
out and was very well paced throughout the
day. I do not know how much I will be able
to retain (and therefore would welcome a
refresher next year!) but my abiding feeling
from the day was that I might just be able
to do something to help myself instead of
being passive. A very liberating thought!!
I was wondering if you could run something
along these lines at the High School my
daughter attends? I would be very keen for
her to attend a similar course.

Thoroughly enjoyed the parts of the day
that I was able to join in for. Found it
valuable and learned quite a lot.
I thought you were a brilliant communicator,
you held our attention all the time. I understand
the balance of physical and learning, but
not sure of the value of the travel quiz
… maybe just because I did so badly!
Great day – very well prepared and
Seaham Hall refreshments were of high standard.

Dear Rosanne,
Thank you very, very much for the interesting
day. Yes I enjoyed and learnt much! It's
somehow a totally different feeling to have
more confidence. The only problem I had
that day was that I thought the room was
freezing...!
That's not your fault! You were fab
and Ben too! Would be nice to have a coffee
together. I think you are a very special
and fascinating woman.
Thanks a lot.
